Maria VonMagnus Catering has been operating as an off-premise catering
company in the Midcoast Maine area for the last twenty years. During this
time we have served hundreds of private and corporate clients, providing
them with excellent food and comprehensive service at indoor and outdoor
events of all sizes.
We serve as the event planner for many of our larger jobs, often handling rental and set-up arrangements. We can also give advice on site choices when necessary. We are fully licensed and insured for food service and have strong working relationships with professional and licensed bartenders in the area. We have a friendly staff, fully experienced in off-premise work, to insure that things run smoothly under any circumstances at your event. Our menus are created on a custom basis for each client with an emphasis on high quality locally grown and produced foods. With the exception of locally smoked meats and seafoods almost all of our foods, including condiments and baked goods, are prepared in our own kitchen. Our clients, especially those working from a distance
to plan an event in Maine, have often requested lists of dishes that we can provide
